Coaching

For individuals
Specially developed to provide support professionals with a tool that is practical, effective and respectful of the individual's personality, the Nuances® Profiles have been designed to highlight the differences between two facets of a person's personality: their ‘public’ personality, which reflects their adaptation to the current situation (called ‘Phase’), and their ‘private’ personality, which corresponds to more natural personality traits (called ‘Base’).
For teams
The Nuances® Profiles of each team member and their respective positions on the Nuances® colour grid make it easier to understand and accept differences and give everyone the keys to better adapt their communication to the different personalities that make up the team.

Training

Adopting the Nuances® colour model through training is an ideal way to develop your interpersonal skills. Managers or salespeople, nurses or accountants... everyone needs to adjust their behaviour to suit the people they are dealing with and the different contexts they encounter. The Nuances® colour model is easy to grasp and highly operational, so anyone can use it quickly and effectively.
Our teaching team has developed the Nuances® Serious Game, a fun way to quickly get to grips with the Nuances® colour model.
Taking a training course led by a duly certified consultant is the surest and most effective way of acquiring the skills to understand one's own behaviour and that of others, and the ability to analyse a context in colour in order to deduce the appropriate decisions and actions.

Recruitment and mobility

When recruiting, it's very useful to have a clear idea of a candidate's personality. That's why more and more companies are using personality profiles. But what can you do with such a profile if you don't know precisely which character traits will best match the position to be filled? So you need to ask yourself what different roles the candidate will have to take on in his or her future position. In response to this need, Profils Nuances® has developed a questionnaire that can be used to draw up job profiles describing the personality traits desired for a given position in a given environment.
These job profiles are based on the same model as the Nuances® personality profiles, making them easy to compare with candidates' own profiles.

Psychotherapy

Nuances® profiles focus on an area rarely covered by personality profiles: emotions. Yet if there's one area of human nature that psychotherapy explores, it's emotions.
In therapy, the Nuances® Profile is obviously not a substitute for the therapist's work, but a complement that gives the therapist additional keys to understanding the patient. The Nuances® Profiles can be used by psychotherapists to get to know their patients more quickly, and to share a common language with them: the language of colors. But whatever the therapeutic method used: psychoanalytic, systemic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic or other, the Profils Nuances® tool, by addressing the dynamics between emotions, thoughts and actions, also becomes a genuine lever for personal evolution and change, sometimes even unsuspected by the person him/herself.
