Profils Nuances®
Learn how to use Nuances® Profiles to become autonomous in the use of profiles. At the end of the course, you will have acquired the skills needed to analyze profiles, taking into account the specific context of each person, with a view to an evolving assessment.
Thanks to Nuances® profiles, you'll gain in efficiency by helping your customers to quickly make the connection between their problem, their personality and the context in which they evolve. What's more, the language of colors and Nuances® indicators will become a common analysis grid between you and your customers.

Nuances® Serious game trainer
Become a Nuances® Game animator and introduce your customers to the color model with the Nuances® Game, the board game specially developed by our teaching team.
Prerequisites: Profiles Nuances® certification. Experience as a trainer.
For professionals in the support field
Complementary training courses intertwined with each other and with the Nuances® color model to multiply the effectiveness of your coaching
Heuristic questioning
A special, highly structured way of asking questions based on the Nuances colors, which enables the person being coached to free themselves from blockages and go faster and further than with traditional questioning, through the creation of their own metaphors.
Prerequisite: Profiles Nuances® certification.
Compass for support
This compass, also known as the AVDM compass, enables you to maintain an appropriate support posture in line with the needs of the person being supported. This tool was developed by Etienne Bocquet, Doctor of Psychology and former professor at the Université Catholique de Louvain la Neuve in Belgium.
Prerequisites: anyone wishing to perfect their coaching postures.
The Hudson model
The Hudson Model is a 4-stage change model. Coupled with the Nuances® color model, it becomes a powerful method for supporting change.
Our uniqueness lies in a very practical approach to the Hudson model, rather than an analytical one, in order to make it as operational as possible.
Prerequisites: Must have followed the Nuances Profiles training course and have an Internet connection enabling video streaming.

Nuances® recruitment and mobility
A training module to complement the Nuances® Profiles certification, enabling you to draw up job profiles in color. By comparing the job profile with the profile of the candidate(s), valuable information can be extracted for recruitment or internal mobility purposes.
