Nuances® Profiles are personality profiles designed for professionals involved in individual or group support (coaching, consulting, recruitment, training, psychotherapy, etc.).
Their aim is to offer a made-to-measure support approach for transition phases with a view to evolution, respecting the uniqueness of the individual and taking account of his or her life context.
They have been specifically developed to help professionals bring out the keys to understanding the behaviour of the person or people they are working with, so that the necessary awareness can be gained for change to occur.
Each person certified in the use of Nuances® personality profiles undertakes to comply with all the rules and recommendations below.
Any person noticing a signatory's failure to respect the present charter may refer the matter to the Nuances® Academy Ethics Committee. This committee will meet to assess the reality and seriousness of the breaches and decide on a possible sanction, which may include the loss of certification and the related rights to use the profiles.
This charter is neither exhaustive nor definitive. It is intended to be amended, enriched and improved according to the requests and suggestions of persons certified in the use of Nuances® Profiles, case law and the future reflections of the Ethics Committee.
