No labelling
There are three indicators that are exclusive to Nuances® profiles: emotional management, modes of action and modes of thought.
The relative positions of these three indicators on a coloured grid provide an understanding of the person's internal dynamics, the tensions they may be feeling and the emotional impact of what they are experiencing.

Contextualisation
We all know that our behaviour depends on context. So how can a computer generate personalised texts that are adapted?
We believe it is impossible, so no personalised text is generated by a computer in Nuances® profiles. The added value comes from the professional certified in the use of Nuances profiles who is able to integrate the contextual parameters to enlighten his client about his situation.

Mode of feedback
With traditional tools, the professional presents a report to the client. The interview is essentially focused on the profile, not on the person.
With Nuances profiles, the interview starts with the person and his or her context, and uses the profile to shed light on the situation. Reversing the logic behind the use of the profile changes everything: the client goes from being a spectator to a player.
